In order to maintain security and to authenticate this cancellation request - the following is required:
- Log into ManageFlitter - ttps://app.manageflitter.com/connect
- Go to Dashboard > Plans & Billing > Click 'Cancel Subscription' button
3. You'll be taken to the Close Paid Account page > enter feedback (optional)
4. Click 'Send the feedback and cancel my Pro subscription'
Once your account has been successfully cancelled you will not be charged again.
Note: You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.
Note: Your account is not immediately closed. You will continue to have access to your Pro account until the end of your billing period.
